I downloaded this and in less than two minutes I was learning about the ingredients in my packaged foods. What an eye opener. I like that I can learn about nutrition and also bad/questionable additives specific to the box I’m holding in my hand.
You may have a general idea of certain things being better or worse for you but seeing just HOW much worse some things are has been surprising and a bit of a wake up call. It’s helped me enforce changes in my diet that I’ve been trying to make. Also, I was surprised to see that some of the in store brands are far less processed / healthier than their competition.
